Activity developer Sunnmøre, Norway

Position:100% Sunnmøre Football County has a vacancy as an activity developer which will initially last until 2024, with good possibilities for extension. The activity developer's most important task is to help recruit more active players and keep them longer in football. This means contributing to developing the football offer for both children, young people and adults. The person will have additional responsibility for developing the football offer for girls. We especially encourage women to apply for the position. The activity developer will be part of a strong professional environment both locally at the circuit office and nationally, and can expect close follow-up in everyday life. Work assignments

Academically and administratively responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating measures that contribute to as many people as possible playing football for as long as possible.

Professionally and administratively responsible for specific areas of activity such as All girls on the track, cups and football schools, football leisure schemes, organized football, etc.

Qualifications

Good knowledge of the NFF and the circles' development work

Formal football expertise (coach and/or manager)

Experience from club work (coach and/or manager)

University education in sports is an advantage

Good ICT skills are a prerequisite
