Coach & Player developer Djerv 1919, Norway

Position:100% Djerv 1919 is looking for a coach and player developer. Through systematic work, you must facilitate the right development for both players and teams. Furthermore, you will have the overall responsibility for coach development and the club's coaching education, as well as provide professional input in player and coach development between top football locally and the club.

We are looking for someone who has a strong commitment to local football and who sees the importance of building a good development arena.

Responsibilities:

Ensure that Djerv 1919 offers a safe and serious development arena for players and coaches

Follow-up on the training field and guidance both by coaches and players

Develop, support and challenge trainers to further develop their competence within the coaching profession

Main responsibility for preparing development goals for individual players and systematic follow-up

Coordinating measures in the club, the circuit and any measures in top football management locally

If necessary, assist the general manager with administrative tasks related to the operation of the club

Qualifications:

Be engaged and dedicated with a professional football background

Experience as a coach or player

Passionate about football and the development of players and coaches

Flexible in terms of working hours and solution-oriented

Good communicative qualities
