Head Coach Kria, Iceland

Position: Part-Full Time This exciting role involves leading Kría, our sister team made up by players from our local community and promising young players from our youth and first team systems. This role also involves coaching our U14 boys as a joint head coach, linking the individual closely with boys football throughout our club.

The Head Coach will be expected to organise and deliver a thorough training and games programme, support player development in line with our First Team and aim to progress Kría to a team capable of playing in the next division.

The candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate a passion for developing young players and inspiring older ones.
