Head Coach U19W Stabæk, Norway
Position: 50% Stabæk academy (girls) is now looking for head coach J19 and player developer U16.
Stabæk Football is known for having a good development environment for young football players. The development work is strongly rooted in our board and in our strategic plan. We want to continue our investment in player development in the future as well.
In Stabæk football, all teams are organized under a board and an administration. We currently consist of five overall departments: A-team women, A-team men, academy/development groups girls, academy/development groups boys and a general department. In total, we have approx. 1,000 active footballers in the club.
We are looking for an innovative, creative and outgoing person who is skilled at communicating with people around them. You should be structured and have experience as a football coach.
As a coach in Stabæk, there are many development opportunities, both on the girls' and boys' side. We are a strong professional environment with different skills and experience and work according to clear principles and football ideology.
The position will be part of a coaching staff/professional environment consisting of several part-time coaches, full-time coaches and development manager/top player developers.
Areas of responsibility:
Head coach J19 - 1st division within a larger U19 team
Player developer U16
Coach and cohort manager for a litter of development groups boys (ages 7-10)
Minimum requirements:
UEFA C license or equivalent
Administrative competence/experience (preferable, but not essential)
Knowledge in the use of data tools/analysis
References and experience from similar work
This is a 50% position on a commitment/fixed-term agreement, with the possibility of extension after one year. The position involves some travel and evening and weekend work.
