Position: 100% IL Jardar Fotball is certified as Quality Club 2 in the Norwegian Football Association, as one of the first clubs in Norway. This stimulates us to have good club development, as well as maintain stable and predictable club operations. We are constantly working to develop further and we follow our development plan.

We are looking for a player and coach developer with ambitions, commitment and execution ability to take our football venture one step further. We are approx. 600 players, 45 teams, and coaches for each of the teams, who are ready to welcome you and include you in both the club and in our pleasant local environment. We have an incorporated and well-established sports plan and club handbook so that all coaches can lead their teams according to the same philosophy.
