2-YEAR COMMITMENT (100 % POSITION) WITH POSSIBILITY OF EXTENSION
We are looking for a structured, development-oriented and energetic individual
for a newly created position in Nesodden IF Fotball. Our new sporting director will be given overall responsibility for further developing the sporting offer for 750 active players and our many coaches and team managers. The sporting manager must facilitate children and young people in Nesodden IF Football to experience sporting joy, mastery and development. Nesodden IF Fotball currently has a permanent administrative manager, who will be an important partner for our new sporting manager.
Tasks:
· Main responsibility for recruiting and looking after coaches for teams in all age groups, as well as contributing to cooperation and a good environment.
· Lead the sporting committee, which must ensure that the club's sports plan is further developed and adhered to at all levels.
· Organize and carry out training sessions and competence development measures.
· Be visible on the training field and provide guidance to coaches and team managers in the different year groups.
· Be responsible for Fair Play in the club in accordance with the NFF's guidelines.
· Overall responsibility for the development and operation of the academies.
· Overall responsibility for hospitalization arrangements internally and externally in the club.
· Selection for national team school/zone selection in consultation with committed coaches
· Overall sporting responsibility for other events, including football schools and cups.
· Responsibility for the hospitalization scheme for players who need extra challenges.
· From season 2024 have coaching responsibility for at least one of our teams in youth or senior football.
· Other tasks by agreement with the board and/or administrative manager.
The position will suit a person with solid football knowledge, high work capacity and very good collaboration skills. The right candidate can work systematically, create positive energy and bring together coaches, team managers, parents and volunteers towards a common goal and direction. You like to lead, are self-motivated and thrive on flexibility and freedom of action in everyday life. You have a great commitment to children and young people. You want to spend much of your working time out in the field, even if this means being present in the afternoons, evenings and at weekends.
Wanted qualifications:
· Sports education at bachelor's level from a college or university and/or coaching education at UEFA B license or higher. Relevant experience can compensate for a lack of formal competence.
· NFF coaching supervisor training.
· Coaching experience from age-specific team sports.
· Personal fitness will be emphasized.
