Sporting Director Rælingen FK, Norway
We have a newly created 100% permanent position as sports manager available. You will largely influence the development of one of the country's biggest football clubs, you will get competitive conditions and good opportunities for personal development and further skills development. As a sports manager, you will work approx. 70% with sporting tasks and 30% with administrative tasks related to sports. The content of the position can to some extent be adapted to your wishes and qualifications.
Your sporting tasks:
- Overall responsibility for the development and operation of the club's sporting activities
- Quality assurance, safeguarding and further developing Rælingen FK's sports plan
- Contribute actively to the development of the club's players
- Recruitment and development of trainers
- Trainer supervisor and implementation of trainer forums
- Responsibility for planning and implementing the soccer school one week each summer
- Contributor to the RFK Academy
- Employee representative in the sports committee
- Coaching responsibility for a team may be applicable by further agreement
Your administrative tasks:
- Contact person for coaches for questions related to sport
- Handling of sports-related issues
- Contribute actively to the planning and implementation of the club's tournaments and events
Competence and experience:
For the position of sports manager, a UEFA B license or higher is desirable, but relevant experience can compensate for this. Relevant education from college or university is desirable, and it is good if you have experience as a player. It will also be an advantage if you have good knowledge of player and coach development.
Good knowledge of Norwegian, both oral and written, is a prerequisite and you must be able to use Office programs and social media. You must also have a driving licence.
