Team Manager, Belgium

For its professional team, the RE Virton is looking for a Team Manager.

Job description and duties:

Organization of trips and going green

Organization of the course of the week (meals, room, activities, etc.);

Advice and support for players;

Coordination with the Green Keeper to ensure that the grounds are ready according to schedule;

Management of equipment in relation with the steward

Organization of events with players (press briefings, event sponsors, etc.) in agreement with the marketing/communication unit;

Welcoming new players, integration assistance (housing, administrative declarations...

Distribution of tickets to families, players and officials;

Management of jersey colors with the Federation;

Hotel reservations for players/staff

Profile and skills:

Experience :

A first experience in the desired sports environment (within a club or a community or institution)

Personal qualities :

Knowledge of national football

Knowledge of logistics coordination and project management

Rigorous in monitoring and implementation

Organized

Autonomous

Dynamic

Availability to work staggered hours and work weekends.

Ability to anticipate and control schedules

Stress resistance and self-control – working as a team.

Be constantly guided by satisfaction - staff and administrative

B license and vehicle
