U19 Assistant KFUM, Oslo

Position: Part Time We are looking for you who are passionate about developing goal-oriented young people, and who collaborate well so that all the boys are seen. At G19, you will join the coaching team to ensure good development for our junior players, as well as be a match manager in G19 interkrets A.


Qualifications and personal characteristics


A UEFA A license is desirable, or ambitions to obtain this in the near future. Trainers with a B license are also encouraged to apply.

You are curious about football.

You wish to take part in the academic classification process in the club. We need coaches who are all in to learn our style of play and our way of developing players.

You want to report to the development manager to ensure the quality of the training process and your own coach development.

You have good communication skills and are strong pedagogically.

You are development-oriented - both on behalf of yourself, the players and the club.

You live up to YMCA's values as a role model for members in the club - and outside.

You have relevant experience in football and the coaching role.
