U21 Assistant Coach Oppsal, Norway

Position: Part Time Oppsal Football is looking for coaches for several teams.

The role can be combined with smaller or larger roles in the club related to teams, development, academy or football schools.

We have had good experiences with coaches who have combined coaching assignments in Oppsal Football with studies, so there are students out there with coaching experience, so we encourage them to contact us.

We are looking for people with the following qualities:

• High commitment to the coaching role

• Development oriented

• Good collaboration skills and loyal

• Desire to develop players with a focus on players in the centre

• Good communication skills

• Puts the club's values first

• Expertise in physical training and/or analysis

Wanted qualifications:

• Professional football background: Minimum UEFA B license for the U-21 job
