Position: Part Time FC Horsens is looking for a part-time youth development coach, start date as soon as possible!

Then working as a child development coach at FC Horsens is certainly something for you.
About the job:
The child development coach is the link between the club's committees on the girls' and boys' side as well as the children's coaches and shares responsibility for ensuring that:
- DBU's children's strategy and children's development program are being implemented in the club
- Children's football is prioritized and thus creates a good children's football environment
- Coaches and assistant coaches get inspiration on the field as well as feedback on their training, including that more coaches take part in coaching training and that more coaches obtain a C-license
- Club activities such as football school, camps, football events and the like are planned and carried out in accordance with the club's guidelines
- Develop the club's organization in the coaching area, including helping to ensure that the club gets more young members to take on coaching duties.
What we expect from you:
- You have children's coaching experience and possibly a UEFA C licence. You must have started UEFA C2 or B1 as a minimum
- You are available to the coaches and more active on the pitch among the children than behind a desk
- You can ensure coherence between the child development program and age-related training
- You can be responsible for developing a child development program and a children's policy in collaboration with others
- You have good communication skills and a pedagogically appreciative approach to children, coaches and parents.
FC Horsens offers attractive terms of employment, which are agreed individually according to qualifications with employment as soon as possible.
